Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

I went through the drive thru today and for once it was not 45 minutes waiting, but my order was wrong as usual. I ordered a bowl suppe and got cup. nice to find home that they were overloaded and they did not. the full meal they ordered, plus they refuse to answer their phone. swiss by hände. even the parking lot is dirty. whoever owns this does not care about their restaurant in the least.

4 delicious meals. two of us tried new roast beef. great. pleasant server. clean restaurant and washroom.

I ordered it aside. parked where I should and clicked the “I arrived” button. I immediately received a text response that says it would be another ten minutes. I've waited 15 minutes before I went to the restaurant. I waited 20 minutes in the restaurant and no eating. I went to the restaurant and asked for reimbursement. I talked about the staff in the kitchen and the manager came out and said I had their order, they want it. I said no! terrible service, I won't be back!

Be prepared to wait a minimum of 40 minutes in the drive-through even when there’s no cars it’s absolutely unreal every single time

Ordered for take out 30 minutes before closing. I only had chicken in the bag (and it looked pink). The salad was missing. The soup was missing. the coleslaw was missing. Had to drive back there. They paid me back but I ended having nothing...to eat for dinner!
