Burrito Jax Cole Harbour

This place has consistently terrible customer service and has often made mistakes in orders delivered over the jump.

Wasn't asked what to put on the Burrito, so I just said everything. Only half of the things I expected. Also, Tortas on the menu, but not available. It's strange that you have to call after the order.

Terrible experience in this Burrito Jax today, do not go back. We asked for Quesadillas and got Burritos. It was tried to explain that there was a price difference and we said the prices on the menu were old and that they cost the same. We also ordered chips and salsa and got $6 charged for salsa alone plus another $2 for the chips when the menu says $3.19 for both. Wouldn't recommend it here.

Order two tacos. He asked what kind of meat I wanted while I put into my order, and I told him I don't want meat. I asked what kind of meat substitute they had three times and never got an answer. When he actually did my tacos, I asked again what they had for meat replacement and got no answer. I asked if they had black beans and he told me that the black beans would make my taco soggy. Asked what other people would get if they didn't eat meat and he just said vegetables. I had already paid for my order and not only wanted vegetables (I had just ordered a salad if all I wanted) so I got the black beans anyway. After eating soggy Tacos I found out that they smashed beans and was never offered as a substitute. I wonder why other taco places can use black beans as meat substitutes and not have soggy tacos, but this place can not do the same.

We ordered burritos. Basically it was filled with rice. No smashed beans, no cranberry, barely any meat and I had asked for all the veggies and all I remember some corn and a few pieces of lettuce. Honestly I never complain but the quality has gone down. Way down.
