Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Cold Spring

Very rude. Got my blizzards, then was told enjoy and I tried asking for the onion rings I also ordered and got the window shut in my face, then it took 5 minutes for someone to come back after the window was shut on me. I asked for extra of a topping and didn’t get the extra of my topping. Overall worst experience at a Dairy Queen. Service: Take out Meal type: Other

The 2 women working on 10/3/23 for opening were amazing ,they were so kind and they were busy cleaning making the place look great! Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Freezer obviously doesn't work right because the ice cream cake containers had freezer burn at best, and a solid layer of ice formed on top at worst. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

It was the worst DQ experience ever. No communication, no respect, flies everywhere, bathroom stunk like **** and the floor looked like it had been cleaned with just water. The drive thru person was texting, the two girls were just talking Spanish like I didn't understand. One of our orders was melted and the only one willing to help was the white kid. I'm Mexican and seriously that was messed up. Soo yeah, will never stop there again. Ever. Have a good one.

As I pulled up the girl on the headset just quickly said “what can I get for you?” Five seconds later quickly asked the same thing again. Felt a little too pushy and not friendly at all. It took about 10 minutes for the car in front of us to get their food, we almost just left. When we got to the window one of the boys were just playing on his phone by the window. One of the pieces of my chicken was like an inch an a half long. The service was just not great and neither was the food. Not impressed, I’ll stick with the A&W.
