A great experience in a unique environment. There were heaters in the igloo so you never got cold. Food and dessert was delicious and service was on point. In any case, it is worth checking out as a date night or picking up with friends. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Whispers Lounge:
Worst Service I have ever experienced as a guest. I tried to go food (to bring my wife back to our room) along with my drink and was told by someone who looked like a manager (who interrupted the bartender) that I had to visit docks if I wanted to order something... WTH? I just walked out and went to a bar nearby, which gave me a drink with an order. View all feedback.
We came here to drink drinks before dinner. We sat almost immediately after the arrival. Service could only be improved a bit... First our server took FOREVER to take our order, but it also took so long to see if we wanted more drinks. We did not order a second round because it took forever to get the first round of drinks. But the drinks were great!
We had a nice time last night at Whispers before the Christmas cruise. Thank you Jenna for your excellent service.
The way things seem to be everywhere these days:Short staffed. Slow service. Same in the summer and winter. Not complaining at all, it was just our experience and we were not in a hurry so it was all fine. the waitress was very nice to us. We loved the ambiance and the food was good. Be aware that when you dine in the Igloo that gratuity is included so that you don 't over tip. My group of friends are always generous but it would not be fair to double tip ... All in all it was a lovely evening and we will go back.
Good food and quite the view from the outdoor seating area. Even with full sun and 90° heat, it was comfortable to eat outside with the huge umbrellas over the tables and a nice lake breeze.
The food was fresh and delicious. The pork wings were my favorite. The sauce was amazing. Server was friendly.
