Jimmy's Down The Street - Coeur d'Alene

Waiting time was 15 minutes on a busy Saturday morning for a table for two. It was worth waiting. We enjoyed the old school vibe and loved our food. Our server was very friendly and good what she did. The guy ate here too!

This inconceivable diner knows your socks. It is cozy on the inside and busy for breakfast. They got us fast and the food was excellent and fast friendly service, our drinks were never empty. Fantastic breakfast at Jimmy's Down the Street. Cool atmosphere, Staff is friendly, Diner is very clean and most of all.. Breakfast is amazingly good! A must try if you're in the area. ??

Your basic diner food with retro style and friendly service. Eating was fine, nothing stood out or amazing even the famous pecan roll was simply good, huge and somehow dry. I ordered a veggie skill and it was 80% potato, 10% egg, and 10% tomatoes with some mushrooms. Biscuits were delicious and they had real butter, which was nice. Altogether only very good.

Yum the pecan carmel roll is a must. My nephew bought us here as one of his favorites and we understand why. Small residential town comfort food and service. The chicken rode Steak thumb up. You also have an amazing burger. They were on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Good to stop.
