Fat Racks Bbq - Cody

I ordered the big brisket sandwich. Then Brisket meat was incredibly moist. I'd like more salt and pepper, maybe some Char. The Bbq sauce was also very good. Those are the professionals. Note to the cons. The rabbit is missing. It tastes like a normal flat Hamburger bungalow from the grocery store. This place is really good everywhere. I'm from Texas and the owners of this restaurant are also from Texas. Just part of the wettest brisket I had. There are better bbq in Austin. 4/5 stars are right.

Juicy and delicate meat! Ordered the pulled pork plate that was incredibly delicious. My husband ordered the Brisket sandwich and it was the perfect amount of smoke and taste. Customer service is also great, really amazing to people you feel welcome. Very recommended if you are in town!

Loved the pulled pork and brisket!!!! Yummo! The food was very good. The staff was great. The wait for our order was fast. (In truth we ate here 2x and both times were excellent). Highly recommend!!!

Brisket is FANTASTIC!! Extremely tender! I hate taking a bite of a brisket sandwich and almost losing teeth tearing the brisket apart. This brisket is cut pretty thick but still easy to chew. Potato salad was also tasty. Will definitely be back

WOW! What a great place to eat and what a great host. The food is wonderful, I had the pulled pig, and the restaurant is clean and well kept, but the host welcomed all and had a conversation as if you meant something to him. I'm coming to Cody. 6 hours later and I complete this excellent meat. Thank you. Michael, I hope to see you again.
