Burger King - Coconut Creek

Last time I was here our bun was burnt. Today I went back to get my grandpa something to eat and decided to use my crown points to get him a double cheeseburger. The woman told me that I had to buy something as well because they couldn't cash it out with $0. I have never heard of this every time I have been here before now they have new people. This will be the last time I ever come here again.

Best Burger King I've been to. Great staff and the food is always good and consistent. Kudos to the management. Drive thru or dine-in the experience is always positive.

This location has been the best of the local BKs. This current review is from a few days ago. I feel as though I come here really because it 's not as busy. I sometimes wonder about the talkative lady who takes my order. She 's a unique experience, refreshing, friendly, personable, but lady, take my order and stop chit chatting. Press those buttons. It 's been 2 minutes, I don 't care about your life. Your coworkers also clearly hate working with you. She 's not very good at reading my I don 't want to talk about random people you met x years ago, I 'm hungry, take my order so they can start making my food and let me go. No, don 't come over and start talking to me after i sit down and put my headphones on. Yes, please go back to the register and take the next customer. It 's annoying. I prefer dining in at places but shes been convincing me to not bother coming here.

Let me just say, I have been coming here for YEARS and everytime Letoya is working she goes above and beyond. Always with a smile, always makes sure you have all your sauces, creamers ect. I have never been in a fast food place where the person that takes your order cares so much. Today I had to ask for her name a leave a review because work like this can't go unnoticed. Thank you Letoya for all you do. Fast food restaurants takes A LOT of patience and i can only imagine how it can at times also test that patience.

The Burger King closer to our hotel was a nightmare in their drive-thru. So, we chose to come over to this location. It was after dark and we were all tired and sandy from a day at the beach... So it was wonderful to get such a quick meal, great service and it was really fresh delicious! Imagine my relief when my super picky kids got their meals prepared exactly to their specifications the first time! LOL! Let it be noted too that this Burger King is all Boca- gorgeous building and lush landscaping! And the customer service is what you expect from the 5-star businesses in the area- just perfect! So, I would definitely recommend anyone staying at the hotels in the area to drive just a little bit further for a late night bite.
