Called to place an online order and the employee was sighing and giving attitude because I couldn’t hear her. My food was delicious, until I bit into my sandwich and about 2-3 pieces of hair was in my sandwich. They gave me a refund but I’m disappointed at how unsanitary this is. Nice fast food place service subs in Cocoa beach. It's about 10 min from the main beach in a big plaza with many other fast food and other restaurants. I liked the freshly sliced meat and cheese slices.The place itself is small with maybe 4 tables to sit. It was too cold for us to sit there and we had to sit in our car and eat. Service was fast and efficient.
They really are hit or miss. I had the manager argue with me about a sandwich I received which was CLEARLY wrong. They aren't the best at paying attention to their tickets. Often things are missed. I only go because my son likes them, but this location I could do without...
I have stopped in at Jerseys Mike a number of times. I really loved the BLT sub. The customer service was good and I plan to return again.

All four of our sandwiches were really good. The staff were very nice and helpful too.
