Tim Hortons - Cobourg

I just went through the drive thru on my way home a short while ago. The young man working the drive thru was absolutely hilarious. I had a full car of family members, and everyone agreed how refreshing it was to be served by someone who is willing to joke around and try to make other people's day better. It's a Timmies. Some things are expected to be done well. This one had decent food options, was clean and delivered with fast service. This time though there was trouble with the cappuccino it was cold. Was supposed to be hot. Just watch that and check before you leave. Dietary restrictions: Timmies doesn't have gluten free items listed. Would be good if they could become more inclusive. That's not about this Timmies. This is about management.
