Ray's Mexican - co Ranch

Worth checking out. This place is more traditional Mexican with some TexMex. The flavors are good, but more importantly the owners and staff or fantastic. We are regulars here. One of the group has a very restrictive diet (epipen kind of restrictive), and they never make her feel out of place or fearful. They make good food at a fair price. Have for years and are consistent. I've done nachos, burritos, tacos, bistec... I've tried a variety here. They do a really good job.

I have now been 5 times to Ray's. The service is definitely hit or miss but the food is good and the margaritas are very good just make sure you like your margaritas on the sweet side, if your like my wife you won't find them as good as I do.

Came with the the family and everyone enjoyed there dish . All had flavor and tasted amazing .. my daughter is on the spectrum and she is a picky eater .. she devoured her meal she got the rice beans and chicken.. loved it .. will be coming back more often.. new favorite spot to come with the family ??

There were three of us. My husband loved his BBQ Ribs. I had the Chimichanga, and our Great-Nephew had Tacos. I did not enjoy mine and the tacos were drowned in a gravy. He could not eat them. He ate his rice and chips. I got sick because I am allergic to MSG. There was plenty of it in my dinner. The teamwork was admirable. The service was great. I had a Virgin Margarita, and it was amazing.

Good food. But they go up on prices every month it seems. Used to get enchiladas for 12.99 now same ones are 16.99
