Tavolo - Cloverdale

Tavolo is a favourite. I eat here a lot with my family and have never had a bad meal. The pizzas, polenta chips, squid and arancini are especially great. Tavolo have a wonderful cocktail list for the times I’ve been out to dinner with girlfriends too. Staff have always been friendly and accommodating, and the kids play room is great, my daughters love it. So glad to have such a wonderful restaurant in my local area!

Came here for lunch on a Saturday. It’s right next to a cinema and opposite of Belmont Forum Shopping Centre. We had gnocchi, zucchini noodles and kids pizza. Every dish was absolutely delicious! Even the kids pizza was cooked the way I liked it, thin and crispy. The sauce in gnocchi was really creamy and sauce in zucchini noodle was slightly tangy and so yummy. Great meal and good service too!

Great staff, food and drinks! The $20 pizza deal is a favourite. Yummy desserts and cocktails also. Also have been for breakfast In the weekend and the servings were HUGE great deal with great coffee. So happy to have Tavolo and Sapore in my neighborhood!

Nice casual spot for a relaxed dinner especially in a large group. Menu was extensive. Got the arancini balls, foraccia bread, polenta chips and chorizo to share. I enjoyed the bread the most. It was warm, crisp and full of flavour. Gnocchi was the highlight.. crispy on the outside and fluffy on in the inside. Tried hubby’s carbonara.. it was too salty and a bit gluggy. The Nutella pizza was really good.. dough was light and not overly sickening which was surprising. The fried custard wasn’t as good as expected. The service was amazing. The waitress was so attentive and really friendly. Will be back especially if we plan to go to a movie afterwards.
