Great service. The food was unremarkable but good value.

Took a long time to get our order in, seems like they didn't have enough servers. Our server was very nice, what ruined the experience is the manager who told a customer that he had to pay before he was done eating as his server was off, it caused quite a commotion. This manager needs training on how to work in customer service, instead of de escalating the situation, he made it worse and even called the police on the customer. A waste of resources. If he had known how to communicate with the customer and also I have never heard of asking someone to pay because their server was off...the customer said he was still waiting for someone to join him and he wasn't going to pay twice.Also the food was not the value of what was charged. Just the sandwich and fries, the burger and fries and breakfast, no fruit garnish etc.

This is the best Ricky's I've been to in the Fraser Valley. It's a large restaurant and the big windows make it look even bigger. My grandmother-in-law and I had the grilled cheese and tomato soup and they were delicious! We will be back.

We visited this restaurant for brunch and it was a pleasant experience. The food tastes good, portions are generous. One main plus is that they are kid friendly. They gave our son coloring materials. Before leaving, they also have a small treasure box where the kids can pick a toy.Kid-friendliness: They are quite kid friendly. They offer high chair, they have coloring book and also a toy to take home.

Was very empty when we got there. Don't know how they are surviving. The food was good and the service was great. If you haven't been, it's worth checking out.
