While some enjoy the fun servers, awesome appetizers, and great beer selection, others are disappointed by menu changes, slow service, and political affiliations. The diverse range of opinions creates a complex picture of a restaurant with a chic beer-loving atmosphere in downtown Cloverdale. Despite the mixed reviews, many diners appreciate the delicious food, great service, and local beer offerings. Overall, Hawthorne Beer Market seems to be a place with the potential for a fantastic meal as long as you can overlook some of its drawbacks.
We love hawthorns have been ordering from there for some time, we always get the short rib dinner, stuffed hen and chowder there, I called tonight foe take-out and was informed menu changed they remove the short ribs, stuffed hen, chowder and a few other items not impressed the best items?!
Great place! eating was great and great beer selection, with some great Belgian beer! very reasonable price too.
The evening dinner in the hawthorne biermarkt was great last Friday. that was our second time to come here. we ordered the big kahuna burger, market burger, cajun chicken fatuccine alfredo and al capone pizza and beet goat cheese salad. we were not disappointed by what we had and would definitely come back?
This place had beautiful beer, but they served me a super heady restless pint because they just changed the barrel. the muddles were a little soft/mushy, so I made a shot just for the case. there was a lot of things that were going on with the decor that I was confused all the time, but I think that should be the pup experience! the server kept all register cards straight so that was awesome
Very cool part of Cloverdale. Beers were good, Caesar’s were spicy but good. Just had wings and they were pretty good as well. Nice spot not as busy as the chain restaurants but I’ll come back.
