Contribute FeedbackWhile shopping in the grocery section, I noticed four new customers enter the store without wearing masks. Given that I have a family member who is currently immunocompromised, I approached a Natural Grocer employee for assistance. Unfortunately, the staff member was unhelpful, stating that they do not require customers to wear masks and instead suggested that I ask the maskless individuals to put one on. I was also directed to where I could find masks. As I expected, my request was met with laughter and rude comments from the four individuals, which made for an uncomfortable situation for my spouse and me. It seems that Natural Grocer places the responsibility of safety on its customers, which is concerning. Why wouldn't they want all their patrons to feel safe while shopping? As a private company, they have the opportunity to enforce mask-wearing policies. Additionally, I noticed that several employees were wearing only face shields and no masks, which sends a mixed message about the store's commitment to safety. Natural Grocer, you can do better! It's important for your customers to feel secure while shopping.
The restaurant offers high-quality products and a wide variety of vegan options! The staff is very helpful and friendly.
