This morning, I visited this restaurant with my family before heading to church. While I was waiting for my husband at the table, I noticed that it was a bit dirty. However, a staff member with a beard quickly cleaned it up and greeted me with a nice smile, asking how I was doing. His kind gesture really helped us kick off the day on a positive note. What Jacob K doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Used my $25 gift card for the $27.40 purchase, they scratched the PIN and used it all the money in side then asked me to use my other credit card for the left balance $23, I thought I paid the rest $2.40 but the manager A….. was not honest and almost double charged me.Noticed that after I left. The restaurant is very crowded and all the ordering machines are currently out of order. The food is still decent, but not as good as it used to be.
The service was not very quick, and the bagel was more hard than the usual softness.
Hire more people…. Been waiting for the past 30 minutes just to get Mac and Cheese…
More than once we had a customized item ordered through the app for pickup be made wrong. Check your order before you leave.
