Additionally, some items, including milkshakes and ice cream, were received underwhelming, often freezer burnt or improperly served. While many customers cherish their experiences for special occasions, maintaining consistent quality and attentive service is vital to uphold their stellar reputation.
Recently ordered cake for my mothers birthday. All guests were amazed with the art and taste of that ice cream. I am truly recommending their high quality product and also very pleasant and professional services. Will come back. Big Thanks Barbara !!!
I love CARVEL here on Van Houten Ave here in Clifton NJ. The service is the best out of all the ones I've visited. The staff is so kind and professional.

We order our Birthday cakes from this location. They always make them fresh. Additionally, this location is Kosher. One of our favorite places for a special treat.
I'm out of this carvel location when I write it. it is Saturday evening 8 o'clock and this position closes by 10 o'clock. all my son and I wanted to shake 2 and the young lady informs me that the shaking machine is closed. closed not broken....on a summit Saturday night 2 hours before the closure. I also see the other staff of young girls talking and going in the kitchen. such a disappointment. my son and I decided to visit vivis bubbletee, which was just opened next door. I can see that this carvel location is losing something like that.
