Smith's Smokeshack Kitchen was the hit of the party. Tim, Josh, and Bridget are incredible. They worked with us keeping in line with our budget, created a delicious menu that everyone loved, and made the event extra special with touches like custom menu and menu board for display. We will be booking them again and again! Can't wait to see them at the next pop up location too.Vegetarian options: That mac and cheese is what dreams are made of! And the coleslaw, forget about it!Kid-friendliness: They created a custom kid menu for us! The kiddos were thrilled since they were able to go up to the window and order on their own.

Best pulled pork I ever had was in a local owned joint in Tennessee. This is pretty close. The smell coming off the truck drew me in. Friendly faces serving and I noticed how clean the truck looked. Fair prices even in this terrible economy) Go out of your way to try this food. Next time I'm gonna try the brisket!

These guys are great! Tom was attentive to all of my questions, flexible with scheduling pickup of food and everything was absolutely delicious! There was plenty of food in the trays I purchased and all of our guests loved it!
