When we walked in they acted like we weren't there. I ordered the grilled cheese which I thought came on sourdough, but arrived on rye, which was pretty good. Then the wife ordered a everything bagel with bacon and white American, which she says was ok enough, but really tough. I ordered a latte hotcoco n 2 bacon egg n cheese sandwich the sandwich was wrong I took them back they fixed them I gave them a 5 dollar for there mistake then after leaving noticed my 6.15 latte was a plain coffee so I went back n order a new one n gave the cashier the wrong and he couldn't even apologize just accepted my money for a second latte and not even a good day SMH do better View all feedback.
I'm really sad because this was the only spot I'd go to for my morning coffee, they were reliable, fast, and friendly. Always got the other perfect. I don't think I've had an order accurately made in 3 months ? and hot lattes have been room temperature at best. What happened here?
They shut down early because they don't want to do anything. Don't try to come in the afternoon/evening.
Donuts for me are too expensive but it's a nice area with good Tasting donuts.
Every time I visit this Dunkin' I feel rushed with my order the person taking the orders always has nasty attitudes like I'm bothering them, they are always out of everything, and the worst part is when you do order and get your coffee/food it is wrong, cold or just out right disgusting. The only good thing is they are quick!! LolParking: The parking lot is tight due to drive thru line and multiple entrances and exits.
This store deserves negative stars!!! The manager Miya is racist, rude, unprofessional and the owner Andy condones this behavior. Andy justified his “manager” making racial comments and physical threats to his customers!!! These people have no home training and should not be in customer service! Clinton and Shamika should get out of this store asap they are too good to have people like Andy and Miya making them look bad! Do not waste your time in this store go up the street to the one in Lakewood much better staff and Natashia the manager is so sweet
