Wendy's - Cleveland

After we paid at the window, we realized we had forgotten to order the new strawberry frosty, so we asked if we could add that to our order. He quickly and kindly accommodated us. I also intended to ask for extra barbecue sauce and ketchup, but when I checked the bag, I noticed that he had already included plenty of both. It was almost as if he could read my mind! Additionally, he had the most beautiful green eyes! Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and will definitely be returning!

Last night, I ordered a Baconator, fries, and a Sprite to go. What I received was a light brown drink, cold fries, and a container with two pieces of bacon, no cheese, and three strips of bacon. I couldn't believe my eyes. I had actually ordered a Baconator sandwich, fries, and a Sprite. This place really needs to step up its game. You've just lost a customer!

I took a break from stretching to enjoy a strawberry. I ordered two Frostys along with a large fry. The Frostys were fine, but they only gave me straws. Who drinks a Frosty with a straw?! Then, my fries were terrible! I’ve never been so disappointed. I suspect some of my French fries fell into the Frosty, and now they're soggy. Plus, the fry box wasn’t properly opened before filling, so I ended up with a small portion in a large box. The fries were cold, limp, and lacked salt. The workers should be ashamed.

I had lunch today and instead of getting my own drink, the woman who commanded me gave me my drink.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered a bourbon bacon burger, which didn’t come with pickles, onions, the right kind of cheese, or the bourbon sauce. We also ordered cheese fries and baconator fries, both of which came with almost zero fries, and no shredded cheese. We ordered buttermilk ranch with the baconator fries, which we also didn’t receive. We ordered 2 pineapple mango lemonades, both of which were 90% ice, and extremely diluted with literally no flavor. I also tried calling the store after placing the order to ask for no ice in our drinks, and they picked up, and I didn’t speak to anyone as the set the phone on the counter and hung up after about 10 seconds. I would be upset if I got this quality of food for free, needless to say I’m very disappointed that we paid almost $40 to be extremely dissatisfied.
