Shake Shack Downtown Cleveland

The lady who rang us up was extremely nice and patient with us. We didn't get shakes so i can't comment on that at all. We all got a burger and cheesy fries. If you dont want a lot of cheese, i would get the bacon cheese fries because the one order of just cheese fries We had, had a lot more cheese than the others and it was gross. The burgers were very very good for a fast food place. The burger itself had a lot of flavor. And it was very fast. I went to the restroom right after ordering to change my toddler and my food was already at the table.

Stopped into Shake Shack a couple times since Sunday evening and they never disappoint. Great customer service, hot, fresh food and good ice cream! I visited three eateries over a course of three four days and either they closed early, out of product, or lack luster customer service. But, Shake Shack was open, clean, and ready to serve. I don’t know the MOD’s name but he is an shining example of being involved with his team and his store.

Food was delicious! I don't think I have ever had juicier chicken ! My kids loved playing the games. The Shakes were yummy and had just enough sprinkles;

I don’t know how they do it, but they flawlessly replicate their burgers perfectly at every location across the US. The only difference here versus some other locations; there isn’t a collab item with another chef/restaurant. But there should be: Cleveland has some great culinary artists that would compliment The Shack well ‍
