Sorry excuse for customer service, no infact the worst customer service I have ever experienced !! To make a long story short the person attempting to take my order was very rude and had a attitude, when I called him out on his poor customer service he said bye , he refused to speak to me in a kind manner, literally said your momma at one point, refused to tell me his name when I said I would report him, threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave, then lied to not only me but a friend when we called on 2 separate occasions to get his name, he not only told us both he was the manager but gave 5 different names of the supposed staff member that was rude, said he couldn’t remember who was working, and told us he would take care of it so we didn’t have to call anyone else! If I could give negative stars I would!! I will not say that I did not raise my voice because I promise I did but only in response to the outrageous, childish, ridiculous and most of all extremely unprofessional attitude I was receiving I will never eat hear again, I hope that something is done to correct your sorry excuse for customer service representatives, in the meantime I will do my part and educate people on my experience with your locations and attempt to get in touch with an actual manager!
