Burger King - Cleveland

First, service incredibly slow, they give them the advantage, there might have been a lack of workers. Secondly, they don't know what a big fry is. half filled containers. Third, one of the sandwiches was wrong, and they had no taste. no wonder that burger king has disappeared from this opposite. went from ok to garbage....we will not protect this place, or any other burger king

I went to this place at about 10:00 p.m. all the lights were off. I drove around the drive-thru because I seen another car paying at the window but it looked like this place was closed. As I drove around the back there was about five or six employees out in the back smoking and hanging out obviously wanted to close early and not do any work.I hope the owner of this Burger King reads this and fires them all. This occurred August 9th 2022 whoever you had working on the night shift. I ordered two burgers a fry and a drink and because everybody was outside smoking and they left the one guy in the store to make the order it took 10 minutes. Why bother workin a job if you're not prepared to work your full shift this seems to be a common trend with Burger Kings and Taco bells.

This place should just close. Always an excuse of covid and not enough employees. Front doors are locked Where truck drivers cannot even come in and place an order. Unless we have an option to rip out there drive-through with our trucks. Employees need to go the extra mile and Step it up

This BK is ALWAYS closed! I tried to enter the dining area, but...I might as well walk to the drive-thru to tell them you dining area is closed so I walked to the drive-thru ! I 'll take my business to McDonald '.s!

The food here is generally very fresh and reasonably well prepared. The fries are almost always exceptionally good, and taste as if the oil is properly changed on a regular basis. The reason for only four stars is that the place has issues with remaining open during business hours. I 've had several times in the past few months where I 've been told we cannot take orders at this time or it will be 20 minutes before we can take orders, and so forth. I don 't know if it 's staffing issues or equipment issues or both. Hope they can get it squared away because that kind of experience will turn people off long-term.
