We visit Austin's about 6x a year. The service is always great. The food is well prepared. The corn chowder soup is probably the best in Northeast Ohio. I would say if you are looking for a nice dinner at reasonable cost in a friendly atmosphere you can't do better. View all feedback.
What Jason P doesn't like about Austin's Wood Fire Grille:
Ordered the wagyu steak special...it was chewy and under cooked. Another person ordered a steak med rare and it came out well done. I understand that that happens sometimes, but it stared off horribly when we waited 25 minutes for our first drink. View all feedback.
This is the second time that we have been to Austinâs. This restaurant has excellent food and service, not to mention a great environment.
The atmosphere was perfect for a first date. the service was excellent and we sat immediately. the drinks were from this world and the food was on place with a first class steak house in las vegas.
The server âDavidâ did a excellent job for all the tables he had to take care of. I highly recommend him!!!
The brisket was excellent. we split the dish and it was sufficient for both of us with an appetizer and side salad. we were in the fireplace room and i always welcome the ambiance. the waiter was professional and prompt.
Took my uncle who’s very picky and he enjoyed everything. Excellent food! We’ll definitely be back.
