The Lengua taco dorados at this restaurant are amazing and delicious! It's a great find in the Indy area, with many Mexican restaurants to choose from. Even though I haven't tried them all, this one is my favorite so far. I will definitely be returning, even though I live an hour away. View all feedback.
What Bobby D doesn't like about Tio Chpie's Taqueria:
This is probably the worst street tacos I have ever tasted. The chicken had a strange taste, almost like bad seafood, and I ended up spitting it out onto my plate. The pastor tacos were not authentic at all and were made with poorly cooked, low-quality cuts of pork. I don't think this restaurant will be in business for much longer. View all feedback.
Old and stale fries, off tasting burgers and terrible employees.
This place is legit! The Tornados special is amazing with the queso on top. Have to try the devils tears hot sauce.
Amazing tacos and burritos. It's now my go to place when we are craving something Mexican. Plenty of variety on menu, variety in fillings options, they let you build your meal how you want it. Hot sauces are made fresh, it's not your typical out of the bottle/can type of situation. If you are feeling adventurous try the Devil's tear hot sauce, but ask for it on the side! They also have a frequent customer punch card to give you reason to come back!!! Give this place a try, it's definitely worth the trip.
Anything you get here is amaze balls!!! I love the Tornadoes, they come covered in queso. The loaded nachos are really good too. They have aqua frescas Piña y horchata. The staff is super kind too.
Amazing tacos! And great customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
