Oakwood Smokehouse Grill - Clermont

I just called for the first time. we loved it. I had the midday part of the pulled pork it couldn't eat anything, nabeby had full ripen that our son had a steakburger. all meals were fabulous, our waitress was great. in and out in an hour perfect.

My grand (6) and I have been there twice and we love it. at our last visit before 2 weeks the place was very busy. I didn't know who my actual server was first until she came and apologized after we got our food. I asked her why she was apologised because other team members took care of us.My drink order was quickly filled and our food came hot...and I mean hot. my baby back ribs were tender by the bone. obviously it did not sit under a heat lamp. it was fresh and delicious. because this server has such a high degree of teamwork, was the service we have received, top notch. everyone helps each other. I was so impressed that I had to call the manager the next day. great eating and amazing service...oh, if other places accepted this type of service. we're coming back!

The restaurant was clean, the food was tasty and cooked to perfection. Bailey is an excellent waiter. His attention to detail and top knotch service completed the experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The waitress was disrespectful and rude who in there right mind would throw straws at customers? She’s lucky I was having a good day cause if not I would have spoken to her manager, I ordered green beans and she brought baked beans and when I told her I wanted green beans she replied with you ordered baked beans “ and all my family members said no she ordered green beans she went and got the green beans , then I asked for a water to go and my spouse asked for unsweetened tea and she complain “ you guys are changing everything on me now your changing drinks ?” And I told her yes because we have to watch our sugar levels due to health issues and she brought the drinks with and annoyed face , my husband paid with the QR code and went left and why the heck she came running out the door once we were outside saying we were leaving without paying the bill and we’re short from the bill and started aggressively waving the tip money in the air my husband explained we paid with the mobile phone system and that was her tip that was our first time here and the first impression was very bad .. SHE NEEDS TO FIND A NEW JOB waitressing isn’t for her
