Every time I was in this chipotle, I have the best costume service! Today the huhn was not ready yet, so they gave me a free drink while I was waiting! wow, so nice! the personal is so great!

Do not order from this restaurant using the mobile app. I have tried multiple times and the service is consistently slow. I placed a mobile order at 7:40 and did not receive my order until 8:30. I attempted to cancel my order and order in person instead, but the app made it very difficult to cancel. I ended up having to keep the original order.

This location is always great! America is the sweetest manager. She helped my boyfriend choose his first Chipotle bowl. He loved it. I am a Chipotle veteran and app user. Get the app!

I go to this chipotle at least 2x's/week. Over the last couple of years, I have noticed a steady decline, but over the last few months, it has been awful. I used to mobile order but after weeks of my order being completely wrong, I have started going in. I used to pay for extra protein but I was not even getting a full scoop, much less extra. If you go in the evenings (6 pm), they are out of a lot of items and what they do have is usually cold. I was charged $52 for a burrito bowl last week (usually $8.50) and did not notice until I got home. I went back the following day and they told me there was nothing they could do, even after I spoke with the manager. I love Chipotle but this is a very poorly ran location.
