Chick-fil-a - Clemson

There was nothing exceptional about this restaurant! It was crowded and there were only a few cash registers open most of the time. Today, I had my first breakfast experience here. When I asked about a dish on the menu, I received an answer, but later realized it was incorrect.

I will visit this restaurant whenever possible. However, on a recent visit, I spent over thirty dollars on my meal and was disappointed with the result. Many items in my order were incorrect. After speaking with the manager, they offered to replace the meal and apologized for the mistake. Unfortunately, due to my disability, I was unable to return right away. When I did try to return a few weeks later, I was told that I had missed my window for a replacement. I was only offered a small salad as a substitute. I was not happy with how they treated me as a member of the disabled community and have decided not to return to this establishment.

I was surprised to find that this location does not accept Chick-fil-A's mobile ordering app. I ended up just getting a milkshake, so it wasn't a big deal. However, it was a bit of a hassle not being able to earn points towards my rewards.

Excellent service. All employees are very competent, but Brian has always given fantastic service with a smile. Although the campus is generally slower post-COVID, this Chick Fil A continues.

Dear mystery worker, thank you for taking care of my friends. They have only spoken highly of your exceptional customer service. From the multiple stories that my lads have shared with me, I just know that this guy isn't your regular Chick-fil-A worker. No, no, no, this guy goes above and beyond what is already considered amazing customer service. If you're lucky, you'll walk through the door and be greeted by this ray of sunshine. He seems like the type of guy that would travel across the continent to ask you how your day has been. Your girlfriend/boyfriend broke up with you? No problem, he will let you cry on his shoulder while listening to your problems. Need a therapist? No problem, this dude will cure your depression and put a big smile on your face. You found out that you were adopted? No problem, this dude will make you feel as if you're part of the family. Do I think he deserves a $100 tip every day? Yes. Do I think he deserves to live a happy and fulfilling life? Absolutely. Everyone in this universe should know about this man. Give this man a fat raise.
