I will go to the mall just for this Charley's. The food is always fresh and delicious and the staff is kind and helpful. This trip the cook started to put cheese on my order until I asked if it was for me (obviously, I was the only one there). She immediately made a new sandwich for me without issue. They are awesome!
First off great subs!! The cashier at this location was so pleasant. So smiley and friendly and helpful. Wish I new her name but she was great!
I got berated by cashier after standing in a long line for one question which she didn 't even know the answer to. Apparently they thought I was racist because when I asked my question do you have au juz they all looked at me and smiled and never answered the question she said steak sauce? Never going back.
