Contribute FeedbackPortals restaurant offers a mix of dining experiences, with some customers raving about the delicious food while others were disappointed with the quality. While some found the service to be attentive and even got a discount for the issues faced, others complained about the lack of training and awkwardness of the staff. The food was hit or miss, with some dishes being overcooked or poorly seasoned, while others were delicious and fresh. Overall, the atmosphere was praised for its beauty and convenience, with a suggestion for an upgrade, but the noise level was mentioned as a downside. In conclusion, while some customers had amazing dining experiences and planned to return, others advised against expecting too much and recommended sticking to moderately priced dishes for a fair meal.
I was a little concerned after reading the last reviews, but we had an amazing dinner! we had two adult and two children with drinks, apps, salad, escape and dessert. service was great and every small hiccup was immediately processed. that was delicious. we will definitely come back!
This is a beautiful restaurant with a beautiful view. it is very convenient if they stay in the lodge. while we could get an early reservation for dinner, the service was sub par. server were pleasant, but there is not enough personal for a complete restaurant. the food was not seasoned well and it was obvious that it had been sitting for a past before it was taken out of the kitchen. is difficult to beat. I would say not expect that much not splurge on a meal because it does not likely match the price tag. get a fair/ moderately priced dish and expect a fair/ moderate service and eat.
Friendly and attentive waitress. excellent eating. a little annoyed with a fly that was on the table for 20 minutes, but it finally went away.
While the portal's menu says chef, eating says badly trained line cook. For example: making a ceasar salad from eisburg salat is a questionable choice, throwing in the heels of the salat head is a bad, and the topping $17 mess with tasteless dressing is insulting. every dish we ordered in the mostly empty restaurant had a problem and the service, while friendly, was painfully slow. suncadia is beautiful, but next time we will bring our own food.
We ordered the Pork Tenderloin and it was over cooked. Cauliflower was literally burned, charcoal like. No other sides delivered, just 4 piecesof meat. My wife had the same experience. The service was very good and very attentive, gave us 10% discount. We would happily pay more for good quality and tasty food. If you go, don't expect something close to good. Interior is so so, should get an upgrade/remodeling.
