Skyboxx Restaurant Sports Bar Restaurant

We order food and drinks then about 20 Minutes later our server said she has to relocate us immediately and couldn't find a place to put us.. the manager told her huge party has reserved Spot however the waitresses wasn't made aware gave us our bill I had to pay for a Martini I couldn't finish. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced to think it's black owned.. I would never ever consider going back to Skybox

Went on 6/19/24 during lunchtime, you would think people would be dining, the place was empty, that should have been a warning but I thought maybe they are just opening, went in me and my guest order from the waitress, Cajun chicken pasta and wings, I promise this girl was the waitress, the cook, the cashier and hostess, food was cold pasta was soupy, wings was fried to hard and all drums no flats, no ranch dressing, I asked for salt and pepper, she brought me salt and pepper in a cup because they didn't have shakers or individual packets, food tasted terrible, I will never go back, we told her to give us our check and that we didn't want the food, thinking that our ticket was only the drinks we ordered, she charged us for the wings and we only ate 2 of them, asked was she also the cook because the only time she appeared was when she took the order and when she brought it to the table, she said no the cook was gone to the market to get supplies, go figure she was the cook I am almost certain of that, stay away from this place terrible service and terrible food

I'm not very happy right now. Because I ordered Skyy Fries and Cat Fish Bites. Then I got an email saying that they didn't have the Skyy Fries and would send me a refund. That was what I really wanted if nothing else. They should have informed me before they sent anything because I would have canceled altogether. Now Doordash is saying it could take up to 5 days for the refund to reflect back to my account. Then when the Cat Fish Bites Arrived it was barely enough to make A sandwich. Now I'm Totally Pissed.

Had the best night experience ask for Amina she’s soo sweet and attentive and sweet like for real ask for her she’s the BESTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!

I can do wit out..... not much going on, and not my type of crowd. Maybe it was an off night
