The restaurant is always friendly and the food is always delicious. If I could make a suggestion, it would be to ensure there is enough room in the budget for ongoing maintenance, location improvements, milkshake machine repairs, and a dedicated cleaner. The cleanliness of the milkshake machine is crucial and my past experiences have shown the necessity for regular cleaning. In my opinion, having someone responsible... View all feedback.
What Jewel Corkery doesn't like about Burger King:
I went here tonight around 10 pm. The man in Drive thru said they were not taking credit or debit because the machine was down. I told him I could pay in cash. I ordered two whopper meals one of them with cheese. He charged me $22.70. I asked him why I it cost so much? He said that the whopper meal goes up a cents a day which I found questionable. I paid for my meals, but did not get a receipt. Which is not unusual a... View all feedback.

The size of my hash browns seems to be getting smaller for some reason, but I just received a great order. The upper half of the container was filled with napkins. I usually order a medium or small and never have a problem, but I never receive a large. This seems to be the norm for larger orders and I actually like this about this Burger King location.
Today, I visited this location at 8:20am and went through the drive-thru. The man working at the window took my order and when I handed him my husband's debit card with a 49ers logo, he asked if I was a fan. I explained that my husband was the fan, and he then made a joke suggesting I get a divorce. I was uncomfortable but tried to laugh it off, saying I liked football too now. He continued to insist that I should get a divorce. This made me feel very uncomfortable. When I reached the next window, I told the woman working there about the incident. She informed me that this behavior was normal for that employee when interacting with guests and staff. Unfortunately, this is not the first time my husband and I have experienced this kind of inappropriate behavior at Burger King. It is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed. Burger King needs to do better.
This burger king is gross. Floors are dirty and sticky. You stick to the chairs when you sit in them and the red cushions are literally black because they don't clean them. I ordered 2 rodeo double cheeseburger and they gave me bacon double cheeseburgers and then the manager got extremely nasty with my husband when he told them that wasn't what we ordered. This place is seriously the grossest burger king I've ever been in
We 're regulars at 4his location and, (until today), hadn 't had any major issues, with our orders. But today, we spent 30 minutes, from the time we pulled up to the drive thru line, until we got our order. And when we paid, (at the first window), the attendant told us to wait/park there, until he told us to pull forward. [This holding up all drive thru traffic behind us]. Even though there were no vehicles in front of us and both lanes of the drive thru were all the way around the corner. We understand that you get a bit short handed during the holidays, but you were [literally] chasing off customers today Burger King. Not good business practices. We may have to start using one of the other BK locations in town, if this is the new lunch hour standard.
