The food is amazing! It is the only thing I eat when I go to the food court. The helpings are well in amount, I normally have food to take home. And it is all rounded off by extremely nice employees. Also free drink refills View all feedback.
What J G doesn't like about Chopstick Japan:
Food wasn’t bad but it was a little too sweet for our taste and we like the chicken to be a little more charred/grilled. I did throw away the vegetables cause there was a little extra protein with it that I didn’t care for lol. View all feedback.
Fast service, ordered quickly Not a long wait! Huge portions for the price They have two vegetarian options (one with noodles and one with rice! as well as vegetarian spring rolls very tasty, and we enjoyed our meal here. Highly likely that it's the best in the food court. [hidden link]
Thank you for being so good to me I have been having a hard time with everything and yall made my day
I've been going here ever since I was a little kid and it's still the best!
I recently dined here, and I must say, it was a pretty disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, things started to go downhill. The service was incredibly slow, even though the place wasn't that busy. It took almost 30 minutes just to get my food. When the food finally arrived, I was hoping for a redemption, but unfortunately, that didn't happen. The portions were not as large as they should've been, especially considering the prices, and the quality was lacking. I ordered a classic dish, hibachi chicken, but it was greasy and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. The rice was overcooked and clumpy, and the vegetables were limp and flavorless. The ambiance wasn't much better. The decor felt dated and worn, and the lighting was harsh and uninviting. It didn't help that the place was playing loud music in the back that made it hard to have a conversation. To top it off, the cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired. I decided to look closely at everything while I was waiting on my meal and noticed that it was honestly disgusting. Some areas looked like they haven't been dusted or cleaned in months or even years. Overall, my experience at Chopsticks Japan was far from enjoyable, and I won't be going back. The experience was overshadowed by the restaurant's unfair policy of not allowing its employees to keep tips. It's incredibly disappointing to see a business practice that exploits its workers and denies them the compensation they deserve. The food was just okay—not enough to compensate for the poor service and unethical practices. My dish was lukewarm, the flavors were dull, and the portion size was smaller than expected. Given the overall atmosphere and knowing that the staff is treated unfairly, I felt uncomfortable and didn't enjoy my meal. I suggest looking elsewhere if you're in the mood for Chinese food. This place needs a major overhaul in both service and quality.
The food here is always delicious and the staff are so friendly to my family!!!! We come here at least once a week to eat.
