A typical Starbucks, except this one seems to get our order wrong more often than others

Standards for employees sinking lower and lower. Is this a costume party, or a place of business?

Amazing staff and coffee. i’ve never had any problems at this location, and just today I ordered and because of an accident on my way, I had to reroute. I called and asked them if they could keep my drinks cold, but they insisted on remaking them, and they did when I came in. Very friendly, plus in my opinion the drinks are just made better at this location. Wish i could give more than 5 stars! Super thankful this is the location closest to my house!

You know I switched it up from a caramel iced latte to a caramel frappuccino and it's my new favorite drink so I don't have any complaints about that you guys have a great service and I have loved you guys from the start and I'll keep showing you guys love.
