East Bay Deli- West Columbia - Feedback

What Bryan A doesn't like about East Bay Deli- West Columbia:
Came in on 11/16. Walk-In to pick up my online order only to walk-in to two employees yelling and cussing at each other. Only 1 employee is working register taking orders. He helps one person then walks away and starts playing on his phone!? I literally had to ask for service and he got mad because i asked him to do his job. Very good tomato bisque. I got the tuna melt and it was soggy by the time I drove it home to eat it. 10 minute commute and the bread was matching the tuna consistency. Not sure if I should have asked for the bread to be toasted prior to adding the tuna or if tuna melts aren't their star menu item but its what I craving and hoped for better View all feedback.
