What Jamel Marks doesn't like about Billie H. Supper Wine Bar:
A wonderful experience from start to finish. The chef is fabulous! Hard to pick a favourite dish but the kingfish crudo, the duck and the pannacotta were outstanding. We can’t wait to go back ! View all feedback.

Our first dish was quite like a picture. geraldton kingfish carpaccio 19.00) with thin ribbons of blood planted, lemon myrte and saltbush, which were dried and crushed into the oil. it was so vivid in colour and in taste! the native ingredients really brought this to life, and my taste buds were tap-dancing in reaction. I was told about this place by a friend who is serious about his wein I admit, I was curious to meet daniel who felt guru my friend really makes this place something special. on a Friday evening with a few friends pampered and we enjoyed the “small bite” next to our selected wines. we received an excellent recommendation of waiting personal re the food and daniel gave in the did a series of suggestions for suitable wee together with some relevant history / information about the wee to try. recommend this place without reservation..

It is clear the kitchen has not yet worked out how to deal with a moderate capacity restaurant Yet service, when it arrived was polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. A friendly smile. Well curated wine list even if the markup is the industry standard. My tip is the Flowstone Cabernet from Margaret River, probably the best value red if you can spring for a bottle. Or perhaps a selection of Gage Road beers Food was tastefully but heavily seasoned. Potatoes spiked with rosemary crisp and moorish. And helped fill...read more
