Once an old grocery, it's now a lovable small restaurante "de barrio". Homemade food, only a few options, the very recipes you can enjoy at every porteño home. It's at its best when the weather is fine, for having lunch under the shadow of an old tree, also for al fresco dining at 9 pm
I had a nice meal here with my friend. The restaurant itself is beautiful and we sat outside under the trees. The lighting creates a great atmosphere. I would recommend ordering many deradas, they have some large vegetarian and fish dishes that have a... change from the usual meat-based menus. But if you are looking for meat, they also do a big ojo de bife. Cocktails were also great and everything is beautifully presented.
We were told they served halal food and were looking forward to a dinner at this restaurant. Luckily we called her before we left. To our disappointment we were told that they were not serving halal food. She recognized her truthfulness.
Delicious food, but this restaurant has no main courses in the summer. The service is delayed. Without salt and pepper on the tables. Bad attention.
