Domino's Pizza - City of Rome

I order the same pizza and wings every time, and they are never made the same twice. Pizza consistency would be nice. I never know if im getting a good pizza or garbage.

The pizza was very good. Onion, pepper, and Mushrooms.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessable.

I ordered TWO HOURS AGO online to and they still haven't even started cooking my food! I tried calling after an hour and a half and all it was, was them telling me that they didn't know when they would get to my order and that they had 4 more orders ahead of me. This is quite ridiculous. How does it take over two damn hours to make a $35 order? No offer to help me with the issue or to accommodate me in any way. Just expect me to be happy to wait several hours without an estimated delivery time. I'm just blown away by how much they just don't care. Never spending another penny here. I ordered from Sinatra's Pizza just the other day and they gave me halfmoon cookies for compensation over just cutting my pizza wrong! Not even a big deal but they tried to rectify it which was appreciated and they went above and beyond for the happiness of their customers. Clearly Domino's doesn't care about their customers.

My husband went to get us pizza for dinner tonight and was told 25-30 minutes. He went to pick up his order and was told another 20-30 minutes waited. He waited a total 50 minutes for ONE pizza one cheese bread and a bread bowl pasta dish. I don’t think we will ever do an order again after this experience. This was terrible! Don’t lie just tell us straight up it will be a long wait! Then we wouldn’t have placed an order to begin with! We haven’t had pizza from this establishment in a long time and now it won’t ever happen again so beware of long wait time for a simple order.

Seems to be a well run Domino's chain. Staff was very polite and quick in getting my pizza ready on a pickup order.
