Food: really, really good. We just pulled out of the WA state, saw the display on TV for Veteran Day pizza 's. When I retired after 20 years, I thought a good way to test a NEW place to eat, and quality. The first time at Salvatore. Okay, it was a free pizza, thin crust, a topping... Terrible customer service! I have been supporting this business for years, but after today I will never order anything from this place again. The food was disgusting and the manager was rude and unprofessional. Save your time and money and find another place to support. View all feedback.
At 6:18 for two paprika discs and a steak disc. He was there at 6:30, I didn't get my food until 6:52, and there were so many people behind it crazy. You would think that a call helps to speed up the time, but it was?t, and it was a Wednesday. I can't imagine her on the weekend or on the evening.
Trash! You told me 1 hour. I'll call after 1 hour and 30 minutes. Lady tells me I'll be the first. Two hours pass, I called my order. Customer service is terrible. Had a compensation or something offered. If your employees let me know or give a reasonable ETA.
While the food is typically great, the customer service and the prices have steadily gotten worse over the past year or so. A large pizza and some wings was far more expensive than it had any right to be. The customer service, or lack thereof, was bordering on customer abuse. If I hadn't already paid, I would have walked out...
U have to watch certain employees at this particular one. I just called as ive been a customer for years 30 to be exact and a young lady just tried to tell me i couldn't get my drink that comes with the special all bkuz im getting a delivery thats 2 mins away then tried to curse me out like i never ordered from them before bkuz i said id like to cancel..never let nasty people like that cook your food..So unprofessional nasty and they will try to bully u and steal your food then ban u when u stand up for yourself. Like they should revamp this place before they go bankrupt p.s and they will lie to u. They messed my last sub up it was half cooked and told me id be credit which was an absolute lie. I tried to call back and they tried to charge me full price for sub and keep my sauce n soda smh petty
This place has the worst customer service ever!!!! They don't accept responsibilities for their MISTAKES. All they care about is getting your money and once they get it they treat you almost as non-existent after the fact. Your questions comments or concerns IRRELEVANT to them. It's truly UNFORTUNATE that in these days and times that they care ONLY about the MONEY and customer hate no value to them (Mt Read location). I will admit I have never had an issue at any other location? It saddens me that once they'veTaking a position even if they're wrong they will not waver then turn twist or even consider accepting any responsibility when they're partially the blame for getting order incorrect. Then they have the audacity to try and use reverse psychology to turn THEIR MISTAKE into a you problem. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! That has truly left a bad taste in my mouth and I will NEVER I repeat NEVER go to that location again?
