The food was good and the people were nice. The food's prices were a little high in my opinion. But good overall.Vegetarian options: They do have some vegetarian options or they will substitute beans for meat too. View all feedback.
What Mike Rendino doesn't like about Taco Bell:
The staff were extremely nice and friendly. The food however was not appetizing. It was very salty and we ordered the family pack and did not receive the chicken, instead we got a double order of fries. Also like to comment the large potholes in the Drive-Thru area should be taken care of by whoever owns this facility and while we're ordering the drive through cash register cut out and they had to finish our order on... Maybe you need an entire facilities overhaul?
I rarely write reviews because it’s too much hassle and frankly I shouldn’t have to. But I want to know why is the food always cold? Going through the drive thru and no one ahead of me. They hand me my food and it is already cold. Chalupas are soggy and undercooked, the tacos fall apart from being soggy. I’m sorry but I just ordered this meal and in the amount of time it takes for me to pull up to window and get my meal everything is soggy or undercooked? This seems to be common practice the last few times I have come here, and I am at this location frequently, a glutton for punishment, I know. Other Taco Bell locations do not have this problem and their service is much quicker with HOT food! They also don’t give bags when you order a lot. They just hand it out to you. Not very convenient!
If you like free food and guessing games, go here. They'll mess your order up so bad you'll end up getting twice what you paid for, but nothing you ordered. Then you can take something back in and ask them to fix it, and they'll give you some more free food! But it still wont be what you asked for. This isn't even a joke it just happened to me. If you like quality service and not going back 3 times to fix your order, do not go here.
I own a business — so I try not to leave BAD Reviews. But this place needs to get it together already.I mean, everyone’s entitled to a bad day. But stuff keeps getting worse here — most would probably just give 1 star across the board, I’m trying to be realistic with this rating — NOT EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE, BUT — things really need to change at this location. The franchisee just doesn’t get it…look at the reviews! I’ve complained a few times in the past, and it seems to only be getting worse. The response was “a free taco” or “I can take your name down for credit”. That’s not what I want — it’s not about a free meal… JUST SIMPLY DO THINGS THE WAY THEY’RE SUPPOSED TO BE DONE. DO IT RIGHT — I MEAN, AT LEAST 50% OF THE TIME. That’s all… Follow Use Systems!Any other fast food joint for instance — order a burger, anywhere in the world, u get virtually the same sandwich — 2 pickles, onions, ketchup, etc… EVERYTHING’s consistent. On occasion they make mistakes, give a burger that’s not plain or mess up an order, I don’t expect it to be perfect, but by and large it’s the same from place to place, order to order. THAT’s FAST FOOD. THAT’s CHAINs. That’s how it’s supposed to be… NOT HERE.The last few months service is progressively getting worse, especially on my past few visits.I come to this spot regularly, probably once every 1-2 weeks. This has been a constant problem with at least one or more items being messed up and made wrong on more than half the orders. Lately, it’s been almost every order. The problem is, it’s not always a matter of things being blatantly wrong… Often times it is a matter of things being overly drenched in sauces, overflowing with cheese, carelessly put together, lukewarm warm, thrown in a bag wrapped carelessly or just carelessly assembled.Worse, because stuff is made wrong regularly you wanna chk, but open to check anything and it makes a huge mess due to this carelessness and/or over filling things.I’ll go thru and order exactly what I want and don’t want, ensure they understand, it looks right on the screen — they acknowledge and then I have to hold everyone up to check EACH AND EVERY ITEM. But the time I get home I end up throwing away at least ONE THING (sometimes more — because it’s not worth the hassle or the drive back and especially late at night (I often stop after 11/12 at night on my way home .Last time I ordered 2 Doritos tacos, no lettuce.. a chix quesadilla (light sauce — because lately every time I order they’ve drowned it in jalapeño sauce. a cheese quesadilla etc. I chkd and most seemed right, check 1 taco, it seemed fine but made a mess — cheese everywhere BUT in the taco and lettuce all over the outside (at least it wasn’t in it . Got home, of course 1 taco I didn’t check had lettuce was messy as well.Open the Quesadilla, of course ALL the chicken and most of the cheese is in one big pile on one end — it’s NOT CUT AT ALL! There’s lines, but no cuts (common as well Even the lines were careless in their placement — one giant 1/2 size cut, 2 slivers, and a tiny triangle at the end.. like wth?I just ripped it — but half the chicken fell out not only because it was in a mound in 1 spot, but also drowning — drenched in sauce. Then my wife’s cheese quesadilla was luke warm, overloaded w/ uncooked cheese… It was gross. Then to top it all off, I try to pay a 40 order w/ 100 bill… all I had. They hand me the drinks (which were nicely done — not overflowing or running down the sides — BRAVO! Really, that’s a ‘pet peave’ I usually just deal with many other places .. I hand them the … They come back and tell me their machine won’t take it. It’s all I had… They have no training on lookin for the security strip, no markers or lights to verify and if the machine doesn’t take it — OH WELL. They’d throw my food away rather than learn to check bills. (I find it hard to believe Oneida is a counterfeit capital where we need to worry to this extent I realized I could use CashApp Apple Pay and set that up while the line behind me waited… Ridiculous!
This particular taco Bell has messed up mobile orders.....not verbal ones. But ones where everything is listed in detail in advance. And they continue to never get the whole order correct. They are my local one and the kids love taco Bell...only reason we keep giving them a chance....but they ALWAYS
