Love Shanghai Lee. Their hot and sour soup is the best in the city. And actually hot and sour. Great noodle dishes (the Singapore mei fun especially! and always consistent. Love their boneless ribs app and their chicken curry is unique from most other Chinese spots. Can’t go wrong with Shanghai Lee. Lovely family business with great food!
I used to order from here when I worked in Greenpoint, I hadn’t been in a couple years and they still have the best Wonton Soup! Love that it’s a family establishment, everyone is really nice.
Lately this has been my favorite takeout for the best hot and sour soup, Singapore mai fun, and crispy tofu with broccoli. I love ordering the same items regularly, and they’re consistently fresh and delicious. I love that this is also a caring family business and a staple in our neighborhood.
