Amazing customer service from the morgenstern team per usual. Best ice cream ice cream best service!

Grainy, freezer burned, melted and re freezed unbelievably low quality. Wish there was some quality pride for such an esteemed brand/high end ice cream.

Hate to say I am very disappointed. Vanilla ice cream has a gritty texture with a slightly tart undertaste.

Raspberry black sesame is delicious. They wait until your driver arrives to make your order, and put it in an insulated bag, so the ice cream was still fine even though Doordash took two hours to deliver it.

Hit or miss on the flavors. Wasn't too impressed w moose tracks or strawberries n cream
