La Rosa Chicken And Grill

I recently ordered a Burger and Pommes from here after a long day at school and I got my food delivered cold. Pay attention to the victory that is not far from the store. The patty was dry and rubbery and some of the frits were hard. When I called a complaint because I couldn't even eat the food, I was told. She did it herself and she knows how she did it, so should there be no problem? She then gave the phone to a guy after I wanted a refund OR to deliver another meal and offered to return the meal I had first. The guy said he wanted to come and see the food and said the food is not cold and trying to make it like I exaggerated. but he offered to take it and give me a refund. Here are the photos

I must say we enjoyed every bite of the meal of La Rosa Chicken Grill. Given the quality, the price is appropriate. We are so happy to have this place just a few minutes drive from home. No matter what I command, I'm always excited about our meals. Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite10/10. Excellent food and ideal for those who want a fast meal. Very recommended.

I never write reviews, but for this place I feel like it needs a good honest one. I went to this place a few days ago for a good meal and was deeply disappointed. The food was cold and bland, the pages I tasted like plastic, the sauces were not even half full and I paid almost three dollars for a bottle of soda. For the overall price, I feel like I was demolished. The total service was ok, the person who served me was nice, but from what I hear, the employees are screamed a lot and are apparently mistreated and underpaid by the owner, but I guess that? the kind of customer service you receive if the owner cannot run a business, no fault to the employees only who the manager and the owner is. For the employees I hope they will go and find a better place to work because I feel that this place will eventually go out of business if the rumors I hear are true. You better go to KFC, Boston Market or another chicken stall than here. Stay blessed.

Note: I passed this place several times. It was my first time I tried to get the bus stop out and I had to wait 13 minutes. I just ordered one: the roasted chicken. You know, these Rotisserie chickens that you're turning in the window of your typical Spanish food restaurant. One thing I learned: all the chickens that rotate in the window of a restaurant look good, but not all taste the same or as good as they look. That was the case with La Rosa. My two stars are based primarily on the taste (or their lack) of the toasted half-hon, which I ordered: paintluster, dry and bland. Only to taste was on the skin, not penetrate to the flesh. I ate at home with a bottle of Texas Pete hot sauce on my side to add much needed taste and the illusion of skill. The price is on the high side (a little below $11 with sales tax), but I wouldn't mind if the chicken tastes wonderful. It doesn't taste wonderful and I won?t ever order again; basically, have I enjoyed Rotisserie chickens from the supermarket more? half price with double taste. While I was waiting to get my food, I saw a worker dropping some freshly baked deals, and they looked like they were something to come back and try. But only the offers as I can rely on visual cubits the first time. A cursor once told me that the pages were not siding. Do you also be careful if you just order a la carte: I specifically asked the roasted half chicken and did not ask for a meal when the worker asked? What are your two sides? Although I found the pages visually uninspiring, I prepared to pick two, but then I asked myself? Are the pages included? The pages are not included. I don't think it was a deliberate Sneaky Upsell, but just make sure there is no misunderstanding in the register. If I ever return, I'll let you know if the offers are tender.

I just stopped in real quick for 2 fried breasts,,,so good however be leery of deliveries especially if you tip ahead . After an hour i was wondering where my order was, it was large too amd i left a large tip. They said he was out with the delivery. After another half hour i called again and the girl said he delivered it already. I said no he didnt why would i be calling. She said well then he must be very close. My apt which they delivered many times before is off the catwalk so once on my floor they have to go through another door sobtheyre outside again. I decided to look down thw catwalk and as i open the door. Theres my food on the floor. Ice cold, it was still winter. If i didnt pay that tip up front he wouldve knocked. I canceled the tip and gave him nothing
