It's annoying, there's no stopping the annoyance, I ordered from grab and then an hour before the rider arrived, the rider said 40 minutes before the order was done, I saw it on the app, then when the pizza arrived, it was very cold, what's so bad, I'll never order again here anytime

I really want to lash out my anger here because I didn 't had the chance last night when I bought 'Creamy Spinach ' which cost ₱99. I have already bought one in a different branch and it was 10/10. But the serving in this branch—it 's giving 1/10. I was so hungry I just got off to class. I was hoping it would look much the same as the model photo, and just like the one I bought from different branch. But this store gave me a literal CHEESE BREAD. I didn 't eat any spinach at all! The bread was so pale (they didn 't cook it well) and there was NO SPINACH. I was so hungry and ate it fast out of frustration until I forgot taking a picture of it. It was SO FLAT and WITHOUT SPINACH. Just a TINY BIT OF MOZARELLA and UNCOOKED BREAD. I WAS SO ANGRY BUT I COULDN 'T EXPRESS IT AND I DON 'T WANNA GO BACK INSIDE THE MALL ANYMORE JUST TO COMPLAIN. Eating here is not worth it. I have eaten here many times together with my fam. Lol. The bread/crust are always not baked well. If only Robinsons have other Pizza Fast Food.

Slow service crews and even the store manager... Unethical handling of situation... are your establishment self service even for water and utensils? overrated display of the product on the menu vs when it is served. hope this can be improved. Update the Greenwich owner replied here to msg them on fb messenger to make things right but then atill no response what a pathetic way to handle a situation... iam pointing out the fact the be tru to your words as a business and nothing else.
