As a first-time customer, I ordered a medium iced coffee, and it turned out to be quite delicious (it's hard to get that wrong). However, the service was quite slow. View all feedback.
They don?t acknowledge your presence if you?re not in the drive through. You?re going ti wait 20 mins to be acknowledged then 40 to get your items
This is the worst duncan on long island! This morning i spent 24$ on 2 coffees a bagel with tuna and a box of munchkins for my office. I get to work to fund out that my tuna bagel was sour and not edible, my ice coffee had 2 fruit flys floating in itand didnt notice until after a few sips then to open the munchkin box to find most of the munchkins have been crushed! When icalled they couldnt be bothered to talk to me . I do not want a refund or anything from them i will not be returning to thisduncan and will encourage anyone not to as well
Savannah provided excellent assistance during our visit. The donuts were fresh, and the coffee was delicious and served warm. The ambiance and surroundings were inviting and comfortable. I rate this place a perfect 10/10!
Excellent dining experience, especially since it has kosher certification.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was lacking, and the facilities weren't up to par. Customers were served out of order, and there was no restroom available for customers. My Coolatta was only three-quarters full, and when I inquired about it, I was told, "That's how we serve it." I love Dunkin', but unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location.
