Picked up a pizza on Wednesday lunchtime. It wasn’t super busy and service was very good, nice welcome on the door and efficient taking my order. Was a pleasant waiting area on the sofa by the door as the sun was shining. Got an Americano pizza with thin base. It’s about a 8 minute walk back to my office and so it wasn’t piping hot by then but it was still tasty. Good texture to the base too. £16 felt a little steep... View all feedback.

Pizza Express not selling pizza tonight. And it's not Express either. Waited ages and when the food finally arrived it was lukewarm. Sent back and waited longer. Staff only seem focused on piling up and arranging on the counter every plate and dish in the place unsure why this is a priority during service but it seems management have deemed it to be even if it is very loud and disruptive. We came from Luton Went for my friend and I birthday my granddaughter's choice and we was happy we went thankyou to Julia who was a great host, her service was on point she had us laughing we felt like we've being goung there regularly
Excellent service by the Brazilian Patrick. He made our service easier and was kind.
Good Italian food. We ordered pizza and lasagna, both were delicious. Price was higher than expected; otherwise service and atmosphere: good!

What is certain is that the last thing they are expected to do is serve customers or offer any kind of pleasant or relaxing dining experience that vaguely tallies with the exorbitant prices charged. Oh and after they took the order they came back and said they didn't actually have the starter in stock either. Would give 0 stars if could.
