What Brandylady doesn't like about Pilots Kitchen At T5:
Gosh ! was starving and had little time between flights so hadn’t time to look around and compare options . Very limited menu . Extortionate prices at £20 for full breakfast! Drinks also extortionate at 7.50 for a pint and £8.95 for a small wine . In its favour -very pleasant server and food served quickly and was tasty . Will look around for bigger selection of dishes and more favourable prices next time though! View all feedback.
Good food and great service. Charles made my visit very enjoyable and helped me every way he could. Would go again on my next visit to T5.
Walter was an amazing and efficient server. He was patient and organized and so kind to our big group. Food was great would definitely return!
I came here before flying out after I saw on a recent instagram post that Terminal 5 was the place to eat and it delivered. I had the Turkish eggs they were cooked perfectly runny yolk the salsa was fresh and full of flavour. My waitress Monica was so lovely very smiley made sure I was happy with everything. I will be returning next time I'm here Thankyou to the chef
Like a breath of fresh air to actually be treated as a respected paying customer. Excellent service by Walter, nothing too much trouble. Staff exceptionally professional and quick. Food very good too. Definitely will be making this my regular food and beverage stop in T5.
The staff were friendly and the food and coffee was good. Thanks! Will stop by on future trips. Walter was our waiter, and he was excellent.
