What User doesn't like about Romano's Macaroni Grill Puente Hills:
The server took 10 minutes to reach our table, and once she did, it took her another 5 minutes to bring us water and drinks. The bread was hard, and our main courses arrived only after sitting under the heat for a considerable amount of time. Although the manager was kind enough to address our main course issues, I feel he could have done more to acknowledge the long wait and the hair we found in my napkin. View all feedback.
We count on Macaroni Grill for a consistently good experience. We like the menu and everything we’ve ordered has been tasty. We enjoy the bread. Our servers are always attentive and pleasant to work with. We had a coupon this visit, which made it more affordable and brought us in to the restaurant when we could have made another choice. The dining room is pretty. It is easy to talk and hear a conversation. I enjoy using the crayon to doodle or write on the paper on the table.
Your hostess was extremely rude and took forever to seat my family. Which I could not understand considering the restaurant was empty.....

The manager comped our main dish although he could’ve done more considering the long wait and the hair we discovered in my napkin.
Romanos is always good. I don't know why they closed the one in Monrovia
