Tried their food today at the Farmers Market in GUILDERLAND! Absolutely delicious! The oxtails were super tender and full of flavor and the Jolloff rice was excellent! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Will definitely be eating my way through their menu! View all feedback.
What Karim doesn't like about Keobi:
Did not have a good experience. The food was more expensive than written on the menu. I ended up paying $30 to wait over an hour for a bowl with 80% bones in it. Made me feel sick the next morning as well View all feedback.
Amazing food and service, sometimes when you order delivery the fish to me a least is always different but I just get something
The Edikakong soup I bought was not good at all. First of all, I don't know what vegetable they used but it was definitely not ugu and waterleaf and the vegetable was badly chopped with its big stick all over the soup. I was also not impressed with the taste, had to throw it away.

I travel for a living transporting RV/Motorhomes across the country. As you can imagine I don't get alot of home cooked meals on the road. While on my to NH to drop off a unit I googled African food in Albany, as I was an hour away. This restaurant popped up as my only option. I checked the menu and reviews to determine if this place would give me what I was looking for. I called in my order advised of my ETA and a young man politely took my order. When I arrived inside I was greeted. I told the man at the counter my name and that I called in my order. He immediately knew what order was mine and shockingly my order was already up on the register screen like they knew I'd be walking in at any moment. I loved that! My food was hot and ready! The restaurant itself is like a to-go spot but has tables and chairs if you want to eat there. I did notice restrooms as well. I ordered peanut stew w/goat and plantain fufu. Usually my go to is the egusi. My food was flavorful and delicious. Exactly what I was expecting! I needed some soul food and they delivered. Thank you for great food. If I'm ever in the area I'll most definitely visit again! Btw I took a picture but I promise that picture does it no justice. Food was amazing!
$20 for one plate is way too expensive. portions were very small. 3 small pieces of beef? plantains were rubbery and also a very small portion. I looked on the website and the prices do not match what I was charged. not cool! AVOID THIS RESTAURANT!
