Love this place, When we first visited Capital Market, this was where we had dinner noodle salad with beef. Coming back to Capital Market weekly, we have tried few other places but BFG still is over them with their tasty, big and cheap portion. We love ginger soy and garlic soy sauces to have on our noodles : View all feedback.
6 or $7 for lunch is good value, with good flavour and serving size. Atmosphere is at the lowest end of the spectrum given the Capital Markets location, but the affordability is up much higher.

Healthy options for lunch, really decent prices for inner city! $6 for salad noodles makes lunch inexpensive and delicious, with a wide variety of sauces you can mix and match. Great service too. :
BFG... Big Friendly Giant? Best Grub? BRO FOOD GOOD? Whatever BFG stands for I guess it doesnt matter. All I know is the salad noodles at $6.00 are tasty!!! I had garlic soy, ginger soy, and chilli for my dressings. You could add meat for a little extra but its pretty good without to be honest!
I have been here many a time and it is great! My flatmates and I used to go so much that they knew what we wanted. My favourite dishes are the pork noodle salad and the wonton bbq noodle soup, the soup is a must try! The service is great, the food is yum and the value for money is fantastic! Love this place, it should have a higher rating. Keep up the good work :
