Starbucks - Christiansburg

My boyfriend and I decided to use our BOGO offer in app, but the first main Starbucks was out of pumpkin spice, so we chose this Starbucks instead as we would do some errands in christiansburg. The line was long. I mean we waited at least 15 minutes in the drive thru at 5:30 on a Thursday. Whatever, the employees can’t help that, but man once you enter that parking lot there is no turning around. When it was our turn, the employee greeted us and we let her know we had a pick up order for Jessica. We pulled up to the window and she told us our total was $6.xx- I payed online. I once again told her it was an online order and she said “oh that’s right- for [insert not my name]” nope! Normally this wouldn’t bother me but little things like this are always happening at this Starbucks. And when we got the coffee it just didn’t taste good. Burnt and watery almost- and I always get the same thing. Definitely would rather have driven across town to UCB instead.

Super long, slow moving line, just to have them almost hand us the wrong food and then leave out part of order. Really frustrating.

They always have the strawberry refreshers when Blacksburg is out.

I'm currently drinking the best Peach Green Tea Lemonade in the universe right now. It's not negotiable. This is the one. I got it at this Marketplace Starbucks so I have to give them props.If you haven't been to this location before, it can get busy during peak hours. The parking lot can be a squeeze too. But as long as you're not in a huge rush, this location is money.
